Photo Story: This picture is special to me because it's of me and my son. I'm always the one behind the camera taking pictures and I really wanted to try to capture a moment between the two of us... So I put the camera on a chair and set the timer and got this shot which I love. I took this picture in my backyard about a month ago. It was during the last week of my pregnancy and I was overdue. I was at the point where if I didn't laugh, I would just cry. My friend Joan took some pictures for the baby book. As she was taking them, the baby was doing what felt like cartwheels and it got me to giggling like mad. She snapped the picture and it was an instant favorite. I was driving through a forested area as it began to rain. After a short time, this leaf wafted down and landed the hood of my car. I just loved the way the yellow of the leaf stood out against the blue of my car, particularly with the accent of the rain drops.
