This photo was taken a few weeks ago when visiting relatives in Canada. When we arrived I spotted the view of the muskoka chairs and the flag and thought it would make a good picture but the light wasn't right. In my back yard here in North Carolina, there are a few different kinds of dragonflies. I was amazed at this one letting me get so close to him. I was very careful and moved closer very slowly as I didn't want to scare him. Even if he flew off he would come right back.
