I took this shot at the 2013 St Patrick's Day parade in London, just as I was crossing a road the gentleman in the picture was walking towards me. As I raised my camera he paused and subtly stood up straight for barely half a second to let me get the shot, then gave me a smile as we passed one-another. As a truck driver, my husband sees many abandoned and run-down places. Knowing how much I love to see these places he take photos for me to see them.
