I took this picture at a roadside produce stand near my home in late July. It's special to me because when I see winter pears, I know Summer is almost over and Fall will soon be here. Stumbled across this little guy and his family of burrowing owls living in the parking lot of a strip shopping mall here in Davie, FL.
