I love this picture I took at a local farm in Pictou, Nova Scotia, Canada. It was early fall and this cow came right up to me with a funny look on it's face... My girlfriend began feeding it grass as I started to take it's picture. I wanted to go for an abstract look so I decided to only get half of it's head in the frame leaving the other half for the fence post and the farm where it lives. This is special to me because my grandparents have a cottage down the road from this farm, and I always looked at these cows on the way there. Having spent the better part of a day at an Agriculture Fair in my state, and unsuccessfully shooting the baby chicks there -- I asked my neighbor (who own a farm) if she had any. Joey Scouts in Victoria, celebrated their 10 year birthday in 2001 -- and this picture was taken during the birthday celebrations in one of the local halls.
