Being a mom myself I know what it’s like to try and find the time to get to the gym. Sometimes we have to drag our kids with us so we can get that workout in. We need it not only for our physical health, but mental health as well 😉
So when one of my clients asked if it was ok for her to bring her daughter, I said absolutely!
At the end of class we were on the floor doing a cooldown, and her daughter got up off the bench and got down on the floor beside her mom, and did exactly what she was doing.
I was so happy to capture that moment for her 💕
