How do I find my order status for my Pickup in Store order (Same-Day Prints)?
After placing your order, you would have received an order confirmation email to the address entered when placing the order. When the order is ready to be picked up at the store, an email is sent to the same email address.
If you can’t find that email, check your spam or junk folder for the email.
If you still have problems locating your order status, please click on the contact us link located at the bottom of the website page.
If you were logged into your Kodak Moments account when the order was placed, you can find your order status and or location by logging into your Kodak Moments account.

Order Status will inform you of the current state of your order.
When Ready for pickup status is achieved your order has been
completed. A store location map and store hours are available
for your convenience.
