    How do I find my order status or tracking link for my Ship to Home order?

    After placing your order, you would have received an order confirmation email to the address entered when placing the order.  After the order is completed and shipped, an email is sent to the same email address with a tracking link. 

    If you can’t find that email, check your spam or junk folder for the email. 

    If you still have problems locating your order status, please click on the contact us link located at the bottom of the website page.

    If you were logged into your Kodak Moments account when the order was placed, you can find your order status and tracking link by logging into your Kodak Moments account.

    I did not get the email for my order.  I find the Order Number in my Order History on my computer but can’t find the status of my order.  How can I find my Order Status?

  • How do I send images to order prints from the KODAK Kiosk?

    From Home

    1. Visit https://www.kodakmoments.com/shop/prints
    2. Click on Same-Day Prints
    3. Add Photos
    4. Locate Store
    5. If you have an account, click on Log In.  If no account, enter your contact details.  Click on Send to Store.
    6. Your order will be automatically printed at store.  You will receive an email letting you know your prints are ready to be picked up.

     

    On the Kiosk at the Store

    Make prints from your device using Direct Print.
    1. From the Main screen, touch:
        View all Products
        Or
        Prints from your Phone
    2. Select the product you want to make, then select Mobile Devices.
      Or
      Select Prints from Mobile.

    To add more than 20 pages to a Photo Book:

    Use the “+” symbol between existing content to insert additional pages.

    Kodak Moments Photo Books are currently limited to a maximum of 50 pages.

    Kodak Moments App has been discontinued. However, you can use the Kodak Moments website to place orders. The website, kodakmoments.com, works on computers and mobile devices. 

    For best performance, we recommend using a computer to complete intricate projects such as photo books. 

    Kodak Moments website offers the ability to order products for ship-to-home and the ability to order prints from the website for same-day pick-up at retail partner locations.
