How do I find my order status or tracking link for my Ship to Home order?
You can find your order status and tracking link by logging into your Kodak Moments account.
1) Touch Account
2) Touch Order History
3) Touch order number
Note: This will display your order progress & Tracking link.
The tracking link will open to the carriers website.
How do I find my order status for my Pickup in Store order?
To find order status or location by logging into your account.
1) Touch Account
2) Touch Order History
3) Touch order number
Order Status will inform you of the current state of your order.
When Ready for pickup status is achieved your order has been
completed. A store location map and store hours are available
for your convenience.
How do I send images to the KODAK Kiosk?
On the Kiosk
Make prints from your device using Direct Print.
1. From the Main screen, touch:
View all Products
Or
Prints from your Phone
2. Select the product you want to make, then select Mobile Devices.
Or
Select Prints from Mobile.
3. Touch Use Direct Transfer.
4. From your device:
Access your settings.
Select the Wi-Fi menu.
Select the Wi-Fi network that matches what appears on the Kiosk screen.
5. Scan the QR Code or go to momentstransfer.com.
6. From your device, tap the Add
Pictures.
On your phone:
7. Select the pictures you want to print.
8. When you are finished selecting your
pictures, tap Done or Add
9. The pictures are transferred from your device
to the Picture Kiosk.
10. Tap Add Pictures if you want to add additional pictures to your order. If you are done selecting pictures,
return to the Picture Kiosk screen.
11. Once your images are sent from your device, they appear on the Kiosk screen.
Select Continue.
12. Follow the on-screen instructions to
complete the order.

holidays or scheduled service interruptions. Please check with your local
postal service for all observed holidays that may delay receipt of your shipment.

How do I order a saved Project?
- Login to your account.
- Click on the ‘Projects’ tab to access your saved projects.
- Select the project that you want to order.
- Click ‘Add to Cart’.
- Click ‘Checkout’.
- Add your contact details.
- Click ‘Next’.
- Add your shipping address.
- Add any promo code that you may have.
- Click ‘Apply’.
- Add your payment information.
- Verify your billing address.
- Then place the order.

How do I Update my Email Addresses on my Account?
To change your email address connected to your Kodak Moments account:
- Visit KodakMoments.com and login to your account.
- Click on the “Profile” tab.
- Find your email address and update it.
- Click on "Save".
How do I add more than 20 pages to a Photo Book?
To add more than 20 pages to a Photo Book:
Use the “+” symbol between existing content to insert additional pages.
Kodak Moments Photo Books are currently limited to a maximum of 50 pages.
Why are my Projects missing?
I ordered prints using my phone. I tried to check on my order at home on my computer and it says I have no orders. Why?

The order is unique to the device. You can check on the order on your phone that you placed the order from.
Also, if the App is removed from the phone, the Order History is also removed. Reinstalling the App will not bring the Order History back.
Why can't I find my order?
I ordered prints using my phone. I attempted to check on my order on a different phone, (daughter, son, partner)’s phone and it said there were no orders. (I logged into my account on their phone.) Why?

I did not get the email for my order status, how do I find the order status?
I did not get the email for my order. I find the Order Number in my Order History on my computer but can’t find the status of my order. How can I find my Order Status?
