How do I find my order status or tracking link for my Ship to Home?

After placing your order, you would have received an order confirmation email to the address entered when placing the order. After the order is completed and shipped, an email is sent to the same email address with a tracking link.
If you can’t find that email, check your spam or junk folder for the email.
If you still have problems locating your order status, please click on the contact us link located at the bottom of the website page.
If you were logged into your Kodak Moments account when the order was placed, you can find your order status and tracking link by logging into your Kodak Moments account.

The tracking link will open to the carriers website.
How do I find my order status for my Pickup in Store order (Same-Day Prints)?

Order Status will inform you of the current state of your order.
When Ready for pickup status is achieved your order has been
completed. A store location map and store hours are available
for your convenience.

How do I send images to order prints from the KODAK Kiosk?

- Visit https://www.kodakmoments.com/shop/prints
- Click on Same-Day Prints
- Add Photos
- Locate Store
- If you have an account, click on Log In. If no account, enter your contact details. Click on Send to Store.
- Your order will be automatically printed at store. You will receive an email letting you know your prints are ready to be picked up.
On the Kiosk at the Store
Make prints from your device using Direct Print.
1. From the Main screen, touch:
View all Products
Or
Prints from your Phone
2. Select the product you want to make, then select Mobile Devices.
Or
Select Prints from Mobile.3. Touch Use Direct Transfer.
4. From your device:
Access your settings.
Select the Wi-Fi menu.
Select the Wi-Fi network that matches what appears on the Kiosk screen.5. Scan the QR Code or go to momentstransfer.com.
6. From your device, tap the Add
Pictures.On your phone:
7. Select the pictures you want to print.
8. When you are finished selecting your
pictures, tap Done or Add9. The pictures are transferred from your device
to the Picture Kiosk.10. Tap Add Pictures if you want to add additional pictures to your order. If you are done selecting pictures,
return to the Picture Kiosk screen.11. Once your images are sent from your device, they appear on the Kiosk screen.
Select Continue.
12. Follow the on-screen instructions to

Use the “+” symbol between existing content to insert additional pages.
Kodak Moments Photo Books are currently limited to a maximum of 50 pages.

- Select the project that you want to order.
- Click ‘Add to Cart’.
- Click ‘Checkout’.
- Add your contact details.

- Add your shipping address.

- Add your payment information.
- Verify your billing address.

- Visit KodakMoments.com and login to your account.
- Click on the “Profile” tab.
- Find your email address and update it.
- Click on "Save".

Click on Forgot Password? Enter your email address used to create the account. Click on Reset Password.
Check your email for instructions. Click on create new password.
Enter your new password and again to confirm new password. Click on Continue.
You can Log In to your account with the new password.
Note: If you used Facebook, Google, or Apple to sign in previously at Kodak Moments, you will need to scroll down for these pathways.
If you forgot your password using any of these pathways, follow the links to help with either your account email address or password.

Kodak Moments website offers the ability to order products for ship-to-home and the ability to order prints from the website for same-day pick-up at retail partner locations.
