KODAK MOMENT of the Day

Micaiah travels the world giving back and has a heart for international conflict resolution. I’m so glad I was able to capture this photo of her hanging out and laughing.

How many days until summer?!  I can not wait to road trip again with my favorite guys to my favorite beach!  

Rachel and Karl are huge Cubs fans, so it was great to get some fun shots around Wrigley Field!

I love being able to capture the true essence of children, especially at home. They are so much more comfortable and willing to just be themselves!! I love that!

This picture fell out of a book today, Ella, only 6 weeks old-now 10 years old.  When I was a mother of one, now a mother of five. The pure, innocence of true love's gaze.  With birth a baby is born,  but so is a mother!

Scenic route taker. That is my travel alias. Just like these guys. I love vacationing with them, especially when the trip involves time to relax and the opportunity to take a long walk and enjoy all of the sights and sounds the area has to offer. Can’t wait to meander down these boards again soon!

This photo was taken on the morning of June 9, 2015 in downtown Raleigh, NC. The photo is of my son and his girlfriend of three years after their high school graduation. I fell in love with this picture right away as it captures their true love to one another. They didn't even know the photo was being taken. They both worked very hard to graduate and were very excited to celebrate that moment together.

This is part of the golf gang that plays nine holes every Saturday before our families are up and ready to start the weekend.  Always lighthearted with stories created and shared – did anyone think to grab a pencil and score card this week?
