My first encounter with snow this year!

Went to see my favorite childhood African artist Awilo for the first time. The moment was candid and captured the pure joy I felt seeing him.

2021 was a tough year for me. So walking into 2022 I decided to make this a year that would be filled with confidence, grace, and favor! ? 

Looking forward to what 2022 has to offer me. There is still so much I want to experience, explore, and learn. This photo was taken at Songdo Beach in South Korea in the 1st of January. Captured by my wonderful friend Vanessa at sunset ?

During this tough year, we adopted Mocha and Latte. They have been the highlight of this year. We hope to see them grow healthy and live long happy lives with us. 

It was just before the sun set on Christmas Day, and we went for a walk on the beach.  We enjoyed each other’s company and being able to see the last rays of sunlight.  It is moments like this that I like to savor

Vacationing for Thanksgiving in Pacific City, Oregon and hiking the beach along Cape Kawanda. Granddaughter Addi looks at the sunsetting brilliantly and magically touching the water and the rocks under her feet.

I took this photo using a Canon Sure Shot 80u point and shoot camera that I’ve had for 16 years. I received the camera as a gift from my parents when I was in elementary school. I recently found it in a box, and this was the first roll that I’d put through it in probably at least 10-12 years. The image is of the Alyeska Ski Resort in Girdwood, Alaska. I moved to Alaska over the summer, and I’m constantly impressed by the state’s natural beauty and ruggedness. I took this photo with Kodak Portra 400, and I was very surprised by the quality of the images the film could produce with a 16 year old point and shoot camera. This photo was taken in September at the beginning of fall in Alaska, and I really liked the golden tones produced by the film.

I’m a westchester photographer (NY). This was taken during a family session last spring in Brooklyn, NY which happens to be my hometown. I love photographing families and I love film. 

The very gorgeous moment, when the light shines down to the beautiful streets of Paris and fills you up with happiness. This city gives so much love, magic, inspiration and interesting input to my soul when I’m there. The Photo was created on a sunny monday in December 2021. Shot with Canon AE1 and Kodak Gold 200 and the Model is Anjima.
